Research
My research interests are Internet as media. I work on social psychological theories of communication, online interactive forums, internet research methodology, and more. I enjoy thinking about tools and theories developed by communication researchers. Also, I manage to spend my time working on Web applications and I am currently running several websites. I like to incorporate computers in my social psychological approaches in communication field and have fun with students working on class and research projects.
I am running a research group, Media Research Lab, with Dr. Sung-Yeon Park and graduate students. We work on various kinds of projects. We worked on the topics such as 'selective posting', 'weblog framing', 'selective posting field experiment', and many more. If you are a BGSU graduate student, you are welcome to join.
